We operate from a purpose-built commercial building with over 200 properties displayed. The building is located in the middle of the local commercial hub and offers ample onsite parking.

Ours is an open plan office with interaction between sales and property management. The office has a strong family representation with very low staff turnover. All live locally and have strong following from both the business community and local residents. We manage over 950 properties with a mix of commercial and residential.

The team at LJ Hooker Kallangur/Murrumba Downs are heavily involved in community projects along with supporting our local progress association and have supported disability employment services by employing some of their job seekers which is particularly satisfying.

Our team first celebrated its title of 'Most Productive' in Qld and NSW and then euphoria struck when it was announced the Most Productive Team in Australia at the 2007 LJ Hooker 'Night of the Stars' Awards held on the Gold Coast. LJ Hooker Kallangur/Murrumba Downs outperformed the nation's LJ Hooker offices for the award which recognises the most effective team in terms of generating business over the previous 12-month period and has made a habit of generating the same awards in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2017, runner up 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015 and 3rd place in 2014 through to win again in 2018. We have recently been awarded Franchise Owners of the Year.

We are a hard working group who are focused on the basics. We don't try to turn a basic service industry into rocket science. We are particularly keen to keep our business on a person to person basis. Our adage is that real estate is not about property but about people.

Our business has been established locally for over 40 years and is owned and operated by Greg and Maureen Booker as well as incorporating the hard work and knowledge that Simon, Liam and Kate Booker bring to the business.

We have virtually no staff turnover with some employees having been part of our growth for over 20 years.

Organic growth in our Property Management area now sees us manage over 950 properties and we have systems in place to ensure that every facet of management is considered.
